Tuskegee University is a private, historically Black university (HBCU) located in Tuskegee, Alabama. It was founded on July 4, 1881, by Booker T. Washington, who served as its first principal. The university has a rich legacy of excellence in education, research, and community service.

Reverend Dr. James P. Quincy III proudly serves as the 17th President of the Tuskegee National Alumni Association, bringing visionary leadership and a steadfast commitment to strengthening the global Golden Tiger community. A graduate of Tuskegee University, Harvard University, and Eastern University, Dr. Quincy has authored four published works, and he continues to serve as a bridge-builder and advocate for justice, healing, and hope—leading the Tuskegee National Alumni Association with the same spirit of excellence that has shaped the daughters and sons of Mother Tuskegee for generations.
